1. Products & Orders
1.1 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our ceramic cups and insulated vacuum flasks. However, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors, update product details, or adjust pricing without prior notice. Colors, dimensions, and materials may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances and screen display differences.
1.2 Order Placement & Confirmation
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information). We will send an order confirmation email to the address you provide within 24 hours of order submission. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) at our discretion, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.
1.3 Payment
All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including applicable taxes and shipping fees) to your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include French VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.
1.4 Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within France. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold (as specified on our website).
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of order dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., La Poste, Colissimo) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).
- Shipping Address: We only ship to the address provided during checkout. Please verify your address carefully—we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address information.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged Products within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customized Products (e.g., engraved cups) are non-returnable unless defective.
2.2 Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@newrestaurantsalert.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package the Product securely with the original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective Product or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2.3 Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned Product. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned Product is verified. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to defective or incorrect Products.
2.4 Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect/damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks) is the exclusive intellectual property of newrestaurantsalert. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
