1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping to all addresses within France (metropolitan and overseas departments/territories, subject to carrier service availability). For international shipping inquiries (outside France), please contact our support team prior to placing your order for custom quotes and service details.
2. Shipping Fees & Calculation
- Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold of €59 (after discounts and excluding taxes). This offer applies to standard delivery within metropolitan France only.
- Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, oversized packages, or deliveries to remote/overseas locations. Exact fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
3.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays) upon receipt of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch email with tracking information once your package is shipped.
3.2 Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery (Metropolitan France): 3–7 business days from dispatch (via La Poste or Colissimo).
- Overseas France & Remote Areas: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Expedited Delivery (Optional): 1–3 business days from dispatch (available for metropolitan France at an additional cost).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing for overseas orders). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
- You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, city, and contact phone number) during checkout.
- We only ship to the address provided at the time of order placement. newrestaurantsalert is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@newrestaurantsalert.com. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched—we cannot alter addresses once packages are in transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website (La Poste/Colissimo) using this number. For assistance with tracking, please contact our support team with your order number.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If the carrier attempts delivery but is unable to reach you (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), they will typically leave a delivery notification with instructions to collect the package from a local post office or arrange a redelivery.
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to newrestaurantsalert after 15–30 days (depending on the carrier). If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (subject to an additional shipping fee) or process a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. newrestaurantsalert does not cover these costs, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an international order, as some products may be subject to restrictions.
